TRANSLATION QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCESS – STAGE 3 – COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT

In stage 2, we told you how we ensure good results by paying our translators properly. To prove this we can make, upon request, screenshots of key email communications with our translation team and forward them to you. (For privacy reasons we delete all sensitive details such as their names, telephone number, address etc.) That way you can see that we’ve made good on our promises to them – and to you.

Once translations are completed, signed off and paid for, the copyright transfers to you. Unlike many translation providers, we are happy to put our business name on our work, and you can refer to us in your printed materials or on your website as being responsible for the text. It’s just another way you can be sure of the high quality of our work. However, please note that we need to discuss copyright in these instances, as we have to protect our reputation from any changes made that may impair the quality of the work, albeit unintentionally.
